How do I make changes to my website?

Follow these simple steps!

Pay Retainer for WebWork

#1. Client sends a retainer via check or paypal for the upcoming website changes.

Please request snail mail address via e-mail or use the Paypal button below.

The Paypal button below lets you pick from 4 options and pay via your paypal account, debit or credit card.

Submit Text Changes Via E-mail

#2. Client sends page changes via e-mail following instructions below:
  • Copy & Paste the "PAGE URL" of the page needing changes in the subject line of the e-mail.
  • Submit corrections to text on only 1 webpage in 1 e-mail working from the top to the bottom of the web page.
  • Submit each page needing changes in a seperate e-mail with each page url in the subject line of that e-mail.
  • Copy the old text and follow it with the replacement text in your e-mail, top to bottom.
  • Example: In first paragraph replace: the cost is $100.00 with new text: the cost is $200.00
  • If you change text that contains links be sure the "link text" is the same (or indicate what new words are to be the "link text").
  • If you are changing photos be sure to indicate which new photo replaces which existing photo.
  • If you are changing no more than 2 photos on a page, attach the 2 web ready replacement photos to the email.

Send Web Ready Photos

#3 Client sends photo changes as attachments

2 web ready photos can be sent attached to a page change e-mail.

Web ready photos are cropped and re-sized. (photos need to be .jpg format no larger than 1000 pixels wide)

If you wish to send a set of new photos (more than 2) for changes to multiple pages of your website I will provide an e-mail address and instructions for this.

Proof Changes

#4 Client proofs all changes

Client will proof all changes.

Client will submit additional corrections one page per e-mail working from the top to the bottom of web page.

Copy the old text and follow it with the replacement text in your e-mail, top to bottom.

Make sure the page url is in the subject line of the e-mail.

Send Final Payment

#5 Client sends any remainder payment due via check or paypal.

Please request snail mail address via e-mail.
